2. Onboarding Requirements

- An active Android device to install the Rider app and coordinate GPS tracking.
3. Smart Dispatch & Delivery OTP Verification
The Rider app utilizes spatial coordinate updates to dynamically match you with nearby dark stores or restaurants. Handovers require double-factor verification: you enter an OTP from the merchant at pickup, and the customer enters an OTP at handover to securely complete the task (preventing delivery disputes).
